True Self, True Art is an Art Therapy service based in Co. Laois, which helps people to connect to, express and understand themselves and their world.
Aisling holds an Honours Masters in Art Therapy from CIT. She also has a B.Ed in Primary Teaching and is currently pursuing a Masters in Applied Spirituality with WIT.
Aisling is a council member for the Irish Association of Creative Arts Therapies.
